Thanks for looking at it you can stop reading if you don't have time because I will not going to access your site I didn't need any site access I can solve it by just normal chat I will direct you so you can fix it by yourself. As I can understand the main problem is processor at server it is not able to process all requests. Second possible cause is site processing timings just google "test website speed" and test it how long it takes to load(Try to remember it you need it when you test your website again when fixed). The Third possible but very general problem is image size you have to compress all images on server. There are few more possible problems so if you want me to test and fix your website then message me with a link to your website. Thanks for reading it... :)

I can fix Esfiya. I just need to know your server spec. Is it shared hosting? If shared hosting ( with multiple website ) probably you have low memory and server not allow to swap memory temporarily. What I can suggest get new VPS, install Vesta ( same as Cpanel but lighter and less features ).
