we have a 8 millon records in our data base, we need to plot it in Google maps. Then I must be able to select a perimeter and count the records, select the and export them. We also need to select them based on data filters as showed in a video. [login to view URL] An example of the data is here [login to view URL] 1) Create mysql data base 2) make a webpage with login/pasword in order to access the application 3) make a google map application with following functions a) select a zone and save it in a table example: A zone in a city of Buenos Aires where the security is bad b) open, close, modify delete zones of the table c) export people of the zone as .CSV Example: in the zone of security problems we export all Phone numbers for making a Phone Call Campaign d) import and up-date enriched people to the data base Example: after making a Phone Call campaign, we import the data and enrigh data base with a new fields "Question 1, Question 2, Question 3" 3) based on the filters in the data base, we must be able to show different colours Example: Question 1: Do you agree with improoving the ligths of the city ? yes, no 4) we must be able to show charts in a selected zone Example: We select by zone and see who are the biggest problems for question 1, people that says the Street Ligth must be improved a) example chart in a selected Zone with "people responded Yes to question 1 b) be able to make a new selection on this new zone 5) Be able to create new instances of data base for new cities, new countries, etc.
