The manager position will be fixed or it will change dynamically. 2. I understand that the user will fill -->> Then Branch manger will take action -->> Then Zone manager will take action. 3. After this Point 2 it may goes to anyone. So, I am assuming Zone Manager will indicate somewhere system will send to which manager next, please confirm this step. 4. I am assuming you already have a User table, is it not? If not then we need to create this table. Admin will insert all the email details and stakeholders position in this table. We will pick the details and will send email to his email ID. He will be able to start from his email. He will click the link, will see the details and will either approve or reject. 5. Remote manager? - This is not clear to me. I am sure we do not need another system as we will use a web application and will host it so any user can use from anywhere but I need the requirement properly. I am sure that you will agree that we need to discuss that how we will design the Employee and Manager database as it is important thing to make the application robust.
