The one-page website should have following functions: the seven days of the week are represented as a table, where each collumn has following rows: breakfast, snack-1, lunch, snack-2, dinner. Each of the rows has a drop-down to chose how many people are going to eat at each meal (from 0 - meal not used - up to 4 people; the preselection is 1). A button on this site named »create« processes following function: from the database random recieps for each category are chosen and assigned to each meal where at least one person is selected. After that two PDFs are created. PDF1 shows the meal-plan for the complete week (which receips were randomly chosen for each slot). PDF2 is a compressed shopping-list in alphabetical order, for all necessary ingrediants. Those PDFs should be sent via e-mail. Attached you find a pdf with receips. Use for breakfast only following receipt (Fruit-Breakfast: 1 apple, 1 pear, 2 nectarines). for lunch following recipies should be used - salad with salmon - Seasam Asian Salat with tuna - Vegetarian Club Salad with salmon - Amazing Arugula Salad with tuna - Hummus Wrap - salad with tuna - salmon-Wrap mit vegetables those are the recipies that should be used for dinner - Gazpacho - Super Veggie Wrap - Asian Vegetables - Toubouli - steamed vegetables - noodles - Spaghetti the recipies for snack-1 and snack-2 as well as the ingredients for all other meals can be derived from the attached pdf.
