Create new HTML5 modern style WordPress Mobile and Desktop tourism AirBnB Condo Rental Website. All artwork, header, wallpaper, logo already available for the web developer to incorporate {see here} [login to view URL] into the new website currently online in a raw undeveloped state (see here) [login to view URL] We want WordPress, with very good SEO. Finished page once uploaded by FreeLancer/developer to our GATOR HOSTING MUST have PAGE LOAD SPEED over 85 on PC and over 75 on MOBILE. Our slogan/motto should be similar: When staying in our Cartagena Penthouse, have a Fiesta or Siesta? your decide... The header images should start out with FIESTA Penthouse {.png made into possibly a .gif flashing breifly to SIESTA Penthouse - back and forth automatically). We want a booking/reservation page/ or section with ability to accept PayPal for reservations/deposit independently (we want this visible but with the ability to hide it or 'turn it off') from our AirBnb booking page (accordingly we would offer a percentage discount as opposed to booking on AirBnB (which costs us money) but also we want the AirBnB booking as an option. We want a calendar/availability page/ or section incorporating/showing: [login to view URL] We want a gallery page/ or section showing slide show with exotic auto transitions, also with videos when we can produce such. Other tabs for CONTACT US, LINKS, FAQs, Tours, Extra services, etc. ONLY replies referencing our materials and details will be considered. Replies that are generic, copy and paste bulk replies will be discarded. We have up to two months to work on this so time is NOT a priority. PLEASE note our anticipated BUDGET and do not quote steep higher prices as they will be ignored. We already have the site online and the majority of the artwork ready to go so not much backend work is needed.
