We need a website similar to Freelancer.com and GLPI. The purpose of the website is to automate business processes of our IT service company, which provides onsite IT support for corporate clients – local small businesses. Now, we use two different systems for that – GLPI and custom applications on Lotus Domino. We need to create new web-based software that will combine benefits from our both existing systems. Software should be developed preferably with Django or RoR framework and should have the following features: • Responsive design • Multilanguage (English for development with a possibility of adding translations) • Different themes supporting • User’s presence • Internal messaging system • Rights management on fields/records/objects level • Notification system (email) • All operations should be logged to log table • RESTful API Please find more details in the attached file. Software should be developed using our VPS and GitHub repo. The code written should be well documented in English. Development proccess will be divided by stages, content and sizes of stages are to be discussed. After creating a working prototype of the website we can switch to hourly contract. In the application, please, provide a link to your completed projects and GitHub profile.
