I'm looking for a simple way to integrate Spotify into a Wordpress website. We need to find a way to lock some content on a wordpress page until a user connects to Spotify and followers a specific account or playlist. This can be using code, plugins or another solution. The ideal candidate needs to understand how to work with the SPOTIFY API and has experience using it with Wordpress. This is very specific work and requires knowledge of Spotify / APIs and wordpress. I have some experience in web development and can work with you on this but I think there is a very simple solution to make this work and want to find the easiest and fastest way to do this. Put simply: a user will not be able to see a wordpress page until they take an action (follow) on Spotify. If you can make this simple and quickly, please get in touch.

Hey there, If you're looking for excellent development quality and great English communication skills, you've come to the right place. I am a highly experienced wordpress developer, with 13+ years of professional experience and excellent English communication skills. I have dealt with developing custom & complex wordpress+woocommerce solutions and plugins, as well as API integrations. For your specific spotify case, i checked their API and they do have the tools to allow checking properly for the user specifics, including whether the user follows a specific playlist. The issue is though we need to know the spotify ID of the user. How do you plan on fetching that? We will need to properly connect to spotify API via creating a spotify app and connecting to that under wordpress, initiating the API calls, and then retrieving the result. And then once we decide how to grab the user id, we can perform the check, and confirm whether to show the page to the user or not. Let me know if you wish to discuss further
