1. PROJECT DETAILS a. Project Summary Propose the design & development of a new corporate website. The aim of this exercise is to maintain a consistent creative concept, design and message as well as project the company one of the most desirable Training & Professional Certification Providers. b. Project Objectives The objectives of the Project are as follows: i. Design & Develop a “Responsive” website according to the brand guidelines of the Pro Cloud. ii. Design & Develop the website which provides ease of navigation and provides relevant information to the users in the least possible time. a. Requirement Analysis Document Good web design requires a solid site architecture based on the site's goals and target audience established in the project brief. Displaying the right information to the right person at the right time is imperative for an effective a website. It is obligatory to have the correct requirement analysis and information architecture which not only satisfies the target audience’s requirement through the website but also provides a platform to present a user-friendly medium to access data without much hassle. Prepare the Sitemap ,Wireframe and User Navigation methods which will ensure that the web-user can navigate the site with ease providing an enhanced browsing experience. b. Information Architecture Information Architecture is a discipline and a set of methods that aim to identify and organize information in a purposeful and service-oriented way. It is also a term used to describe the resulting document or documents that define the facets of a given information domain. The goal of Information Architecture is to improve information access, relevancy, and usefulness to a given audience, as well as improve the publishing entity's ability to maintain and develop the information over time. It is primarily associated with website design and it is directly related to the following professional disciplines: User interface design, content development, content management, usability engineering, interaction design, and user experience design.
