We need a WordPress developer to create a two page form. The first form is on the home page within the slider. This will just be 2 fields ( Loan Type and Loan Amount) and a submit button. When the 2 fields are filled out and submitted it will actually just take them to a new page and auto-populate those 2 fields in the form on the second page. The form on the second page has already been created. The form shouldn't actually be submitted on the first page just pass the values that they entered until they actually submit on the second page. This needs to be responsive as well.
