****** PLEASE READ FIRST BEFORE BIDING ****** I want something like a Helpdesk system for issue reporting and resolving with the following details The system should be able to let user send a complaint against a company/Institution 1. The system should have 5 user roles a. Admin ( will be able to see all features ) b. Team - will be able to see the issues reported and reply to them c. Users - will be able to login and submit their issues d. Company/Institution - they will be able to see all the issues addressed to them and reply but wont be able to close the issues. e. mediators I will provide all the templates from the front side to the backside I dont mind if you replicate an existing system as well as long as it works and have everything that i need using my template
