I need a developer to create a PHP RESTful API that will run on a CentOS server. The API file will be provided, the database exists in Azure and the IP has been whitelisted. The drivers have been installed. You will be provided FTP access to the API file which will only be run from the existing server. I need an API that can connect using provided credentials via mssql driver. The API will include a function to call a stored procedure with input parameters, The API will include a function to call a stored procedure with input and output parameters, The API will include a function to call a stored procedure that returns a result set, The API will JSON encode the resultset.
