Create Filemaker Pro 14 database and forms

We would like to convert our Excel client tracking, commission tracking spreadsheets into a Filemaker solution. A big part of moving to this solution is the ability to import CSV or Excel commission sheets monthly from the insurance carrier into Filemaker. We hired someone to do this project previously, but it became clear that they were unable to deliver what we needed...however we did get a handful of working import scripts complete. This project (at least Phase 1) is centered around setting up our Tables, Records and Reports so that we can manage our insurance agency more efficiently. We have a partner that shared their setup with us and we would like to emulate their design....but changed slightly to meet our needs. We have screen shots as a suggestion, but really don't care as much about the layout as the functionality. It should look clean and fresh, and be easy to enter new data that is not imported, easy to search client policy info when they call and easy to view commission activity. Provided is a workbook (and I'm probably not using correct Filemaker language...very sorry) that breaks down our needs into Databases-->Records-->Tabs-->Fields. There would be 4 Databases created (Groups, Carriers, Agents & Brokers and Licenses) Hopefully you will be able to tell from the attachment what we are needing. I will need to share the script once we choose a developer to ensure that we map the script fields correctly to the new layout.
