Hi, I have a working PHP code that I will like to convert to JAVA, this code is executed multiple times to create multiple instances, for the Java code I will like it to be multi-threaded so the restfull api can be called multiple times without executing the java code multiple times. I need a direct Developer that can do this in Hours not days. PHP Code is attached(note that actual webservice has been commented for security reasons) Developer must study and understand code before bidding please.

I have 5 years PHP programming experience and 12 years in Java. I've done large projects converting PHP to Java. You don't have much code so a straight conversion would be easy. Making it multi-threaded takes a little more time - I can probably do all that in a day.
