Hi there, Rad through and understood the project description, please provide the links to sample websites. I would code it in: Server side code: PHP/CodeIgniter framework Client side: JavaScript/jQuery Styling: CSS/Bootstrap The app would have a simple design, but would look nice and be responsive. The code would be clean and commented, easy to maintain and expand. I would provide a testing link on my server where you could track the progress of the development and would provide a full code/DB on each released milestone.
