To fix this issue is no easy way and need to inspect each page. if I have a virus sample is making the life much easy because I have my own virus searcher based on virus sample but even with this I still need to check every page to make sure is clean and no encoded access. Also, all passwords need to be changed and database also needs to be checked. The last step is to find out where this virus came in and fix the security issue.
