Build-your-own-box Chocolate store

1) my chocolate conception concept is that everyone gets a personalized box; same as when you go to a chocolatier boutique.  So I need my website to reflect that.  Thus, the purchase process should be something like: ..a) choose your box type and size (NUMBER of chocolates) ..b) fill your box (up to but not exceeding the NUMBER of chocolates) with the SELECTIONS available 2) when the client picks a chocolate, the image of the chocolate jumps/appears in the box. 3) the SELECTIONS have an Image (photo of the actual chocolate), a Name (the chocolate name) a Description (a text capsule describing the chocolate), a Price, and an Availability.  Any of these can change.  For instance, a shape that I used for a given flavor 2 years ago is now used for a completely different flavor. 4) the site will be offered in English, French and possibly Spanish. 5) the SELECTIONS vary fairly frequently, which my current site does not reflect right now.  I will need to have one of 2 solutions: ..a) a very neat web design where I can go in myself and change the SELECTIONS on my own, by modifying the files and links.  This would be annoying because I would have to rebuild the site, upload images, chocolate descriptions, pricing, availability every month or more. ..b) working from a single database table, or single page (a comma separated text file? an excel spreadsheet? an SQL database table set?) where all the entries would have the following info, for example for a coffee-bean shaped coffee caramel chocolate ........ NAME \\ picture file \\ Description \\ price \\Availability                ........ Creamy Espresso Caramel\\[login to view URL] \\"A densely packed Ristretto in a blend of pure cane sugar caramel and dark chocolate"\\ $1.50\\yes This way if I decide to change the chocolate shape or color, I would just have to change items on one line of the text file/db table ........ Creamy Espresso Caramel\\[login to view URL] \\"A densely packed Ristretto in a blend of pure cane sugar caramel and dark chocolate"\\ $1.50\\yes And if I run out of chocolates I just have to change the "avail" field ........ Creamy Espresso Caramel\\[login to view URL] \\"A densely packed Ristretto in a blend of pure cane sugar caramel and dark chocolate"\\ $1.50\\NO Ideally I would like the page appearance to be dynamic; that is only the "AVAIL = yes" chocolates would be displayed (or if too difficult to lay out, the "AVAIL=NO" chocolates would be grayed out). This has the distinct advantage of only requiring me to change text entries on a text file rather than fiddling with HTML, CSS and PHP. 6) billing could be likely through PayPal, but I am open to any solution.
