American Express (AMEX) IVU - IVu is Web application developed using .Net 3.5. In Ivu , Amex CCP’s use to search, retrieve, Update, Import, Archive the documents. It supports 40 business units/domains and the application is hosted in 6 Web servers and the request reaches the web servers using F5 load balancing. Web applications calls WCF windows services for major operations. TelerikRAD controls are used in UI for good look and feel. AJAX and Java scripts were extensively used for better performance. MQ Apps – Doc create, Doc retrieve, Doc Notification requests reach through IBM Websphere. Services check and process the request from the input queues and send the responses to the output queues. Imaging Web service -Imaging Web service application use to create, search, retrieve and update the documents from various AMEX custom applications. Secure File transfer (SFT): Batches that are received through SFTP are validated, processed and send to InfoImage repository for storing information across the enterprise.
