I am looking for a developer with Real Estate and particularly RETS / IDX Broker experience to integrate RETS / IDX into a Wordpress theme. This is a simple job for the right candidate. Your Experience : You should have experience to provide for easy installation, integrated blogging, lead capture, search engine optimization, customize templates, virtual tour support engine , advanced configurable search capabilities, and many other highly-desirable site management features. Combine your experience with proven, and industry leading listing management software with available commercial add-ons such as our RETS IDX FTP MLS data import tool, RETS MLS data import tool, and advanced Google maps integration, and you will have to source & manage with all the tools needed to create a top real estate website in any market. Your responsibilities: - Configuring of RETS / IDX integration and ensuring timely geocoding of uploaded listings - Integration of third party API's- Tweaking and fixing UI- Developing a mobile friendly version of the site- Creating a backend database with basic UI- Creating UI for new pages- Tweaking an existing API for existing mobile application We're looking to integrate the Rets Rabbit API ([login to view URL]) and Wordpress plugin with the WP Residence theme [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] Instead of using the WP Residence theme's internal listing data, the data will come from the Rets Rabbit API. Searches will be performed directly on the API. The following features are needed: Rets Rabbit API property search, property detail page, and photo gallery Saving properties as favorites (requires user registration) Saving searches Display properties on map in search results & detail page, 25 per page Advance & simple search form Breadcrumb display: Home > City > Subdivision. City & Subdivision are clickable, go to search results Require a daily import of listings from an external MySQL database with real estate listings, and folders with listing photos, using [login to view URL] service. By following the theme documentation. All the map views should be working when you are finished. Make each listing have a unique URL in Wordpress, and have the address in the post name.
