I need someone to create a website/blog that will offer paid consulting services. Below I outline what I need for this: - Main page: To look professional, with appropriate template/colours for the business. It should also be simple(wordpress is enough for this) . We will discuss the details once you get the job. -A simple logo(not too fancy but presentable) appropriate for the business. -About four or five options on the top bar of the main page each referencing to a new page.(i.e Services, About, Blog etc) -The blog and Services page would be the most important pages. So the blog page should have people comments below the posts. Also the posts should be separated in a well defined way. The services page will be the page in which I outline the services and have a Pay Now with Paypal. -In the end I would need a step by step guide(written) on how you have created this blog with all the little details.

I think you are looking for a wordpress based solution which can be used both for pages and blog section of the website. For main page, you are to give details in discussion. You need a small menu on top for the website including the pages you have mentioned. In Services page you need services listed and payment processing needs to be done using paypal. You want to emphasize on Blog as well, and want people to comment on the blog posts. You also need a small guide for blog creation at the end of the project..
