Build a Website

I have a website [login to view URL] designed by a local freelancer who fooled me by copying a website, when I checked the seo results it shows lots of errors and the website is not fully functional, Since I liked the design I need help fixing the website, there is no database and I need getting the website ranked on Google 1st page. If the results are good I will continue to hire your company for my SEO requirements. I have added the errors list in the attachment, all errors needs to be fixed along with setting up the database and making the website fully functional as per the design. I need you to add a blog option so that I can update my email subscribers. I can provide all the files I have, most of them are html files and there is a external website content linked in the site which needs to be removed. The website must be able to take online orders and capture customers contact details. I am planning to design a mobile app and payment integration later which I should be able to add.
