Its a B2B website where companies can find writers, see their bios and work, select whom to work with, post projects, and close the deal on our platform only (including payments). Details will be shared with the shortlisted freelancers, but following skill sets would be required (we would have our own CTO guiding and helping in the project): 1. Experience developing front/back-end services in a production environment, including Javascript and other modern programming languages 2. Design and implement new test-driven front-end and back-end features in HTML5, Javascript, CSS, Meteor/Node.js 3. Strong software engineering background gained through a Computer Science curriculum, or equivalent experience 4. Experience developing with Node.JS, Meteor, or other asynchronous programming frameworks 5. Demonstrable design and UX sensibilities 6. Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work as a productive member of a fast-paced, tight-knit team 7. A great work ethic and the ability to consistently deliver high quality work
