Build a Donation and Gift Card Web App

The project is for a leading nationwide charity organization to create a dedicated donation website for an upcoming winter campaign. The chosen applicant will be joining the project during the build phase and must be able to work with developers already working on the frontend and backend build of the project. You will be responsible mainly for the build of server side components for a donation and gift card web app, including: - Creation, saving, searching, viewing of donations and gift cards, including processing payment transactions for web app’s client-facing view. - Automated cron jobs for sending out gift cards on a periodic basis - Automated cron jobs for pulling in and saving data from a proprietary API on a periodic basis - Importing and exporting donation and gift card records to and from a CSV - Website backend functionality including, login, users and user type management, donation and gift card management, import and exporting donations and gift cards. - Functionality to hook up the frontend (HTML, CSS and JS) build components with the server side including routing, controllers and scaffolding for the templates required in the webapp - Integrating the sending of emails via Mandrill.
