I need make blank page in my home page but do not know how so need you do this for me , reason of make blank in home page is because my website is under design and interest when complete will remove blank page.
Do you can make blank page in my home page and learn me how i can remove that later ?

Yes, can be done.
Every request to the site (not only the homepage) will end up as a blank page.
If you have a static IP it can be made so your IP is not affected by this and you are able to see the site fine.
