I want to design a website for publishing some few academic journals so I decided to install and implement Open Journal Systems (OJS) as an open source option for this job. This script is created by the Public Knowledge Project, released under the GNU General Public License. OJS can be looked up at [login to view URL] But the default themes are so simple and I need a good design for a multi journal web site, and a model website system Cambridge Journals, Taylor & Francis, Elmer Press looks very good to run multiple journals with similar features including HTML and PDF publishing. I prefer a new look with combination of above-mentioned sites. I need an unique design at the main page containing most read articles, recent articles, graphical icons of each journal and a category of each journal by subject, registration link and login and same design for each journal. I have a very limited budget and I can not spend much in this project. Please let me have your best rate for this job. Necessary Skills Graphic Design, HTML, MySQL, PHP, Website Design
