Hi I am new to programming and looking to setup up a team of developers who can carry out software customization and other routine development work. These people are working remotely. I am looking for some advice on how to / what is the best remote desktop / cloud based development environment with full IDE that can support PHP, MySQl, Ruby On Rails etc. I am looking at paying no more than $10 per month per developer. Ideally I would like a hosted / cloud solution so that I can get the developers started straight away and have very little downtime. I will take your advice and pay you separately to setup/ train me in using the cloud based software.
