I carried out similar work, has developed a device for adjusting the water temperature on the Arduino. To do this work qualitatively I need, that you send me photo or internet link rtc/sd shield and LCD Keypad. Because shields from different manufacturers have some differences.

If I understand your needs: 1- You only need to design diagrams and codes 2- The prototype is controlled by keypad and LCD 3- Has timing options to activate each relay (8 relays) 4- The option to activate the relays by sensors My doubts: The SD / RTC shield so you want it?
