simple HTML editor for online work

I need a solution to update HTML pages online. ## Deliverables I need a method to build a lot of web pages fast and be able to edit and change the content fast and images fast and easy. But just as important I need to be able to allow someone else to do this that does not have html experience and does not have access to my web page servers or ftp. This is a suggestion for what I think will work good. However, if there is a better way to do this or if there is a better suggestion please feel free to let me know. I just need the solution I do not care if it is java, php or any other method. Here is my idea as follows. I will create the sub domain and in that sub domain I will load the files that are attached to this post. They consist of the css folder, images folder, [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] I will need to be able to create 100's of sub domains for my sites. Each of the sub domains will have the same files. Each of the web sites will be the same layout. The logo at the top and the menu at the left side. The only thing that will change on each web site is the main header logo picture. Also the background will change colors, the menu items can be changed in color the Main title will be changed along with the main content will be changed too. As you also see the meta tags, keywords and description will need to be changed from sub domain to sub domain. Now keep in mind if I change the main logo from world of warcraft to "shoes for sale" and change the back ground color and content then the whole site will be completely different. That is what I am trying to do. Here is how this will work. I will need a method to set up a user name and password for a worker. The workers password will be good for just that one site or any other site that I allow him to work on. Lets assume that the html pages I sent you are on line. Go to <[login to view URL]> and you will see that this sub domain is now online. But If I want to allow a worker to edit the pages I need a way to do that with ease and not worry about giving access to my server and all of my site. I would like for the worker to be able to do the following.... First open the [login to view URL] attached to this post. You will now see a link at the bottom that says WORKER LOGIN. The worker goes to this sub domain and clicks on WORKER LOG IN. He is then asked for a user name and password at the next page. Now if you view the log [login to view URL] page you see three options at the bottom. Click on the [login to view URL] and view that page. You will noticed that the layout is some what the same as the web page. To begin take a look at the buttons at the top. This shows which page is going to be edited. The worker can edit only the fields shown on this page. But the html page may have other items but only the items listed here can be changed. If he wants to edit the [login to view URL] page then he clicks that button and is now able to edit that information. As you see he can edit the meta tags, key words and upload a new image. On the menu items the worker can edit the background color, and the mouse over color along with change the color of the lines between the menu items. Please also take note that [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] has a picture but if I need for the worker to place an article there instead there needs to be a way to decide which one to use. If there is a need he can also add a new menu item. The most important part is he can change the main content of the web page. All he does is to type in the new content or paste it in then click submit at the bottom. When the work clicks the submit button, then an email will be sent to me that says a change has been made. Now take a look at the [login to view URL] This is the admin for that one sub domain. As you see if I want to LOCK the fields and not allow any other changes I may do so. In other words after the worker makes the changes, then I receive an alert email and then I go to the admin site and lock all of the fields. I can disable his password. Or I may want to allow him to only edit one filed only. I enter an email address at the top in order to receive an email that he is finished. Keep in mind if I have a 100 sub domains I need a method to manage alot of different workers and allow access to only certain domains. Allow me to repeat myself just to make sure you understand my idea. When I set up a sub domain, I want to upload a set of files and folders so that that now I can allow someone access to edit and change those items without access to my servers. Please feel free to ask questions
