Revamp and client automate php media delivery system

Awhile back I had someone build a song delivery system in php..the material would stream via swf created files that couldn't easily be ripped. Then the listener could buy that song via Paypal. Then (hypothetically) the song would be delivered to the listener via a 24 hour enabled download area. It was workable but clunky. What I would like to create either fresh or out of the current incarnation is a delivery system that streams media, allows user to buy single or put in shopping cart for multiple purchases, then be delivered to a download area. I also want to create a "membership" system whereby people with media can encode the song into swf, set price, and have it upload to the system, create the necessary paypal bouncer, and like the pre-existing songs, be available for download to purchasers. I other words, I want to automate the same interface so that registered users can do the encoding and uploading through my website's interface. Right now I have encoded the existing material using soundnails, and then manually place it in the right folder, then manually go to the php interface that was created for me and manually upload the material and fix price. It is 70% there and needs revamping. It also needs to look better than the html delivery website that exists. The current URL is <[login to view URL]> to see what has already been built and what needs to be added to. ## Deliverables The member addon has to be secure in that I don't want members who are not administrators to be able to rip off songs from the mp3 folder. Or videos - the media upload capability will need to be various formats. Also, I want to move this whole thing over to my home server (currently [[login to view URL]][1]) so once it is set up to work where it is it has to be able to be moved and remain functional. It shouldn't rely totally on any one operating system IE it should work with Apache, Linux, Windows (this isn't a must have but that would be optimum) 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Even when a php setup, a complete set of generic files with step by step instructions so that anyone could receive this and customize and set it up on their server and have it work; If possible, Buyer would like an executable created which will place the files where they need to go and prompt installer with the proper questions to configure optimum setup; 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
