Web Developer/Programmer for Southern Swing Golf Tour

The SSGT is a golf tour that is looking for a programmer to develop a database for its current website. Programmer and/or developer must be capable of developing database from scratch. This database must be with "Open Source" in mind. The current site is built on a WP platform; therefore, the developer must be able to work with existing framework or create that which can populate and generate values from database to work with WordPress In short, this application must track: (Player Names, Events, Schedule/Location, Year, Statistics, and any values associated with tour). All will have to tie into one another so that player registration/profiles can link to all respected fields. A. Developer/Programmer must have experience in HTML 5 and Java Script. Must be able to develop w/MySQL and can write PHP & javascript. -Must be experienced with using Wordpress. -Must be able to develop a “custom database development from scratch” -Must be able to define structure and populate w/Word Press (platform) in mind -Must be able to plan and implement additions or changes to current structure to support new functionality -Must provide clear documentation of structure, what it is called and how it is formatted -Must provide updates and milestones of project until completion (pay in 3rds) -Must provide a copy of work to owner and all rights -Must sign a non-compete prior to work beginning. In addition to project requirements above, similar sites, wireframes, and descriptive examples (i.e. below) will be provided as necessary. Example: I want a user to be able to create a profile Profiles will show their home course, email information, etc... Profiles would show stats for ..... The user should be able to add a profile picture The user should be able to modify their contact info Process: Player registers to become a member Player profile is stored in database Player registers for "Event" scheduled Player participates, stats are displayed and recorded into database/website Player stats are found throughout site via automation and linking of elements associated with (player, schedule, events, scores, money, etc).
