I need to hire a expert coder that I can give various projects to work on. I need them to be extremely proficient in these web development skills, code very cleanly, understand how to write efficient code for optimized sites, install WP, set up databases, and understand Wordpress SEO (both internal (Yoast) and external) very well. If they can also do basic things in Photoshop, that would be great as well. If they have Google Analytics experience, that would be awesome. This would be someone to whom I can give consistent work. Please don't send me an automatic response - please let me know of sites you have specifically and personally coded, as well as which skills you feel you are an expert in (and which skills you cannot consider yourself an expert in).
