PHP and MS Access

I am looking to create a dating site that has the ability to let users login if they are existing members or create a ID/Password if they are new. They have to fill out a profile in order to get a password and username. They must be able to search the existing profiles after authenticated. All entries to the profile are reviewed and then uploaded, therefore we are not looking to have them be able to make an "active" profile until we approve that it is in no way spam. What I have done so far is create all the forms in HTML and the database that has all the columns. Now I need to move forward on the PHP authentication and validation described above. We have had success creating rows in the database but no way to reconcile the entries against the input information during the validation process. We are looking to migrate to mySQL in the future as Access is only to get the site of the ground and I am very proficient in that technology as well. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
