Outlook Visual Basic ONLY

The hardest part first. (I appologize for the capitalization but...). This project must be entirely Visual Basic (VB) for OUTLOOK 98 or above. It must be installable by someone who has access to the VB editor in Outlook, but no other permissions. In other words, it CANNOT require add-ins, references to outside DLLs, Objects, the Windows registry, kernal objects, etc. It must not expect to be installed in any particular place. 1) I want to check EITHER for all mail OR New mail in Outlook. 2) I want the program to check the mail's subject line and message text for a list of phrases. (this list of phrases will contain a phrase, then a comma, then a directory location followed by more phrases and commas and locations. (A comma delimited list.) The phrases will never be more than 128 characters long. the directory locations will never exceed 128 characters. there will never be more than 1000 phrases in the file. 3) The file should be able to be placed wherever I want, and be named whatever I want (within reason) The program should store this location somewhere within itself. I do NOT want to be asked the name and location of this file every time* I run the program.* 4) if a phrase is found ( a match) then I want the program to a) get the directory location following the phrase it found b) make sure the directory exists and create it if it does not exist. c) name the mail with the phrase found and add the date and time to the end of the newly created file name. d) check to make sure a file by that name does not already exist in the directory (step b). If it already exists, then add a, or b or c ... to the end. 5) mark the mail read if it is not already marked read. I would like the program (the source code) to be easy to understand, and the program to be easy to use. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows: This project must be entirely Visual Basic (VB) for OUTLOOK 98 or above. It must be installable by someone who has access to the VB editor in Outlook, but no other permissions. In other words, it CANNOT require add-ins, references to outside DLLs, Objects, the Windows registry, kernal objects, etc. It must not expect to be installed in any particular place. It must essentially be a macro, but with control flow structures. a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Outlook running on windows 2000.
