I have 1 vb dll which is reading a text file (all on an IIS server), about 20% of the time the request to read the file comes back as error 55 file already open. Refreshing the page, or re-executing the code a number of times will get the page to display properly, but I don't want to get this error anymore. This should be a 15-minute project for any experienced VB coder.
