Website Building and Restructuring

Currently, we already have a demo website built, but it needs restructuring and editing, even though all the core functionalities are already present. The demo site is made in PHP with a MySQL database. We have the following functions completed: User registration and database Basic forum structure, including features such as posting and commenting User profile page User search (one can search for a particular user based on the information that he/she filled in) Uploading (users can upload pictures and documents) Basic rating/commenting system, where a certain group of users can rate and comment another group of users We need a freelancer who will do several things: SEO Improvement: we need you to optimize our results on multiple search engines, such as Google and Bing, by adding and fixing the website description, keywords, etc. Integrate PayPal functionalities, namely, allowing members to trade using PayPal easily and presenting the PayPal account on the member's profile Integrate all pre-made designs into web page Integrate the BBS database with our site's database Beautify and modify teacher listings, basing it off our design. Edit the expandable FAQ section based on a template we have in mind Add social network sharing functionalities We would like to know if it's possible for you to edit our current code, or whether it would be easier to start from scratch.
