MSSQL to WEB - Relational DB expert required

We have a very old database that needs to be converted to the web. CURRENT SYSTEM: Microsoft Access ADE file connected to MSSQL 2000 Database Runs on Terminal Server The Database has about 54 tables About 11 000 main records All data can be viewed and structures can be viewed Server Management Studio Express All forms etc can be viewed from Microsoft Access CURRENT LIMITATIONS: Bad user management Bad replication Poor backup process No redundancy Very bad printing support across network No plan for connection loss - currently when user disconnects data will get corrupted or SQL does not release the session REQUIREMENTS: Application must be completely web based. Convert entire system to run on newer database can be newer MSSQL but preferred is MySQL and PHP. Either way the new system must be highly scalable and futureproof. Focus on security is of cardinal importance, the system cannot be accessed without a key file or something similar on the users computer, the developer will have to assist us with a feasable solution. Data to forms must be delivered via AJAX - very little reloading of screens - IMPORTANT!! Current form layouts must remain as close as possible to the current system. User management and rights must be easy to implement and maintained from the web. You must have a plan in place to migrate the current data easily, when the system goes live you will only have one day to migrate - IMPORTANT!! Optimize the back office processes. Application must be able to run from on our servers. If you design the system for apache we would like to use XAMPP running on Windows 7 as we are not linux/apache fundies. There are currently only about 35 users that work on the system and running 8 core Xeon. PDF Printing. DELIVERABLES: We will supply you with a stripped down SQL file with about 20 records We will supply you with the ADE file ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- FUTURE PROJECTS - the successful bidder must be able to do the following as well, we prefer to stick to one developer/company and no third parties. PROJECT 2 There is a second access database that needs to be incorporated to this system, which will be awarded to the successful bidder so the system needs to incorporated easily - THIS IS A NEW GAF PROJECT PROJECT 3 A SMS Api needs to be integrated into the current system, currently we only require a user to send a member number to the database which will return a list of beneficiaries to the users phone. We do need detailed monthly reports of each user and the amount of queries the user did. PROJECT 4 Fully integrated document management system, currently to many documents are floating across the network, we need it centralized system with user and rights management.
