Build a Basic Website ASAP

Okay Boys and Girls ! I have a quick basic website ( with decent graphics/ content background) i need to get up and running ASAP. I dont have time to do it as i am flat out with existing online marketing projects i am currently working on so i need to assign it to someone to do it on my behalf. the website i am looking for is quite easy around 5-6 pages and a basic online php database (or anything else) to submit details. Description: Educational website Content: i have a sktech/ story board of the content to upload Purpose: the purpose of the website is for students to get onto submit and upload their assignment details with the requirements and send them through to me. Page 1 : the main page will have on it technically the 1) details on what we do 2) webform details which will have on it the following tab such as -name, -country -city -contact number, -assignment topic,: marketing - finance - management etc.. - 3 attachment weblink (to upload the stuff they need) , -assignment referencing style , -a mandatory tick box to state that they understand the terms and conditions and by when they need it completed. page 2 - 3 will be the privacy policy and terms and conditions page 4 - about us section and capabilities page 5 - FAQ and contact and payment details options the extra minor work will be to make sure we have - the countries listed, cities, assignment topics etc... - A/B split testing to see which one will work well - I will send you the google analytics html codes to copy /paste so that i can track the traffic monthly / demographics etc.. - i already have the domain registered and hosted :) so it will just be a matter of creating the content and sending it through to me to upload it on the server - nice graphics/ template to be used.. (a cute friendly background with small pictures of pens, papers, booklets,staples, labs etc.. like google labs maybe? im open for ur suggestions :) - a friendly CMS platform would be good to make it easier for me to make minor changes to the content if i needed to .. duno if joomla or wordpress would be good. what would u recommend? i am happy for suggestions as well if you believe you have a better idea - maybe have on online database as well to store email addresses for marketing communication? there are plenty of similar online education assignment websites..like if you google them u will find plenty of different ones... i can go through that with the winning bidder If you can let me know : 1) if you can do it 2) how quick can u get it up and running 3) any different ideas u would recommend 4) cost 5) availability for after support enhancements soo yeah...thats all a quick and easy website :) if its successful .. i will have plenty and plenty of different projects for u thru my marketing business starting with upgrading my website which i am looking into doing after that as well.
