PHP program integrated with HTML website

Hi guys, I need a php programmer that can make the followings.. 1) A member can register to become a member of my website for free and they will get their affiliate link. Preferably the affiliate link that they get is something like this.. [login to view URL] 2) The admin must have the ability to approved and delete users. 3) When members have been approved by admin, some of the member's details will be shown at their affiliate website. e.g [login to view URL] 4) When visitors go to the main website e.g [login to view URL], some of the member's details will be shown at the main website and it will be rotated randomly among members of my website. (I will tell later) 5) Admin must have the ability to change some of the details of the website using HTML editor without disturbing the php program inside the main website. (Admin will edit using Microsoft Frontpage) 6) Inside the member's area, members can see some of the details of their sponsor. e.g name, phone number and place. I will give the main website and details. The programmer must have the ability to complete the project ASAP. Thanks
