Wordpress Plugin - Questioneer --> creates dynamic report based on answers via email

This project is for the development of a simple Wordpress plugin. This should be very easy project for those who qualify. Depending on the quality of work this project may also be an interview to be added to our "virtual bench" of programmers. This project is rather simple, A plugin for quiz's, surveys, and questioners: with the ability for WP admin to create quizzes/surveys/questioners easily and rapidly from within the WP admin section. (See accompanying file for more project specifics and features) ## Deliverables This project is for the development of a simple Wordpress plugin. This project is rather simple, A plugin for quiz's, surveys, and questioners: with the ability for WP admin to create quizzes/surveys/questioners easily and rapidly from within the WP admin section. I would like a menu section to be added to the menu section of the WP-admin (when the plugin is installed and activated). Within the menu section there will be the following options ? "Create new?" o "Survey" o "Quiz" o or "Questioner" ? "View Results" (note I want the ability to set 'parent' structure for quizzes/surveys/questioners so I can organize them if/when I have many. So this 'Quiz G' can have a parentof 'Quiz C' or what not.) Survey's will consist of: 1. Questions (Admin can create) 2. Choices ([login to view URL] style options: predefined answers, checkboxes, answer text box, etc.) 3. Submit button ? Their answers go into mysql database table and WP-admin can then search/filter answer and results within the plugin Quiz's will consist of: 1. Questions 2. Predefined answers to select from (multiple choice, or true/false style) 3. Submit button ? Their answers go into mysql database table and WP-admin can then search/filter answer and results within the plugin. a. PLUS, the plugin then send them one of the following: i. Their score via email ii. Their score and the correct answers via email Questioner's will consist of: 1. Questions 2. Predefined answers to select from (multiple choice, or true/false style) 3. Predefined results/responses to their answer 4. Submit button ? their answers go into mysql database table and WP-admin can then search/filter answer and results within the plugin. b. PLUS, the plugin then compiles the answers they gave with a predetermined response and builds a 'report' that the plugin then send them one of the following: i. Emails them a custom report ii. See an example of this by visiting this site and completing the questioner: <[login to view URL]> The plugin must collect some contact info to send them the result. This may be done after they complete the 'survey/quiz/questioner' on the next page (or on the same page using dynamic javascript). I want this data to be stored in the mysql database as well as sent to a third party email marketing service such as Aweber, iContact, etc. In addition, I would like to have the option to attach the survey results to a 'user' within Wordpress. This way if I am using a WP site as a membership site, I can attach the survey/quiz/questioner results to that specific 'member' of the site. Think as if I was running a school with my wp-users as 'students', I can then create quizes etc, and attach the results to their profile. Once a survey/quiz/questioner is created it will be published by a shortcode button within the 'create post' or 'create new page' templates. So to add a survey to a page or post, I will click on "create new post" (or "create new page"). Then I will click on 'insert survey/quiz/questioner' shortcode button within the 'visual' editor mode. After I click the button, it pulls up my list of quiz/survey/questioner to select from. I select one, and it insert is into the post/page. So to review: in the end I would: * This plugin to have a menu tab within the Wordpress admin section. * With the menu for this plugin I have the options to: * Create new quiz/survey/questioner * View existing quiz/survey/questioners results * Ability to search/filter survey results * Example: everyone that answered "B" to question #3, on [survey 'XYZ'] between the dates of April 1st 2011 - April 1st 2012. * So ability to search by: Date, answer to specific question, on specific survey/quiz/questioner. * Ability to catalog/file survey results to a specific WP-user profile account. * Ability to send results via email to person who answers the quiz/survey/questioner. The email will either be collected: before survey is completed, after survey is completed or the email on file with wp-user account.
