I need a tailored website content management system that manages a virtual tour website. By creating this system from scratch or by using another package as a base, you must: 1. Be able to easily communicate in English 2. Write clean code, making a smooth and efficient system 3. Be easily contactable, by email and phone 4. Complete all work within a 2 week period, including testing and required changes 5. Be available for future development of the site You’ll also need to know the following programming languages: 1. PHP 2. SQL (site is to have a central database) 3. JavaScript 4. A template driven system (like Smarty for example) These languages will interact with the following media: 1. Quicktime QTVR 2. Java applets 3. JPEG’s 4. Text data I have already created all the graphics and other design materials, which can be viewed from here. You are to take my work, combine it with some code and create a working, easy to use content management system. All business logic should be separated from presentation logic, so I can modify the templates without affecting your code.
