Company Website - Joomla

We are looking for someone to build a website template for a marketing agency. We'd prefer the site to be in Joomla 2.5 as we have experience with this already - however if there are strong enough reasons to go with another technology then we are open to suggestion. As this website is for a well reputed marketing agency it must look extremely modern and must use CSS layouts and modern but stable technologies/plugins. Our Responsibilities We will provide you with a PDF document that has the page design that we require. We will also provide you Photoshop Design Files (Layered PSD) files with the graphical elements for the website. We will provide all images for the website and slideshows. We will provide all the copy/content and menu names. The Template There will be a total of 12 pages plus a blog. Some pages will contain videos embedded. A slideshow plugin will be required for the homepage. We will supply the images for the slideshow. The home page will contain a photograph that will be used as a background image (in the same manner as [login to view URL]). We will provide the photograph. There will be 4 different types of pages to be template (Home Page, Inner Page Type 1, Inner Page Type 2, Contact Us Page) 1 menu item in the top navigation bar will need to have a drop down menu. The website will need search engine friendly URL’s. The template will need to be built on Joomla 2.5 and preferably using the Gantry Framework. Your Responsibilities The website developer should turn our PSD files into HTML, provide to us for review. You will need to allow for 3 rounds of changes to the HTML markups. Once the HTML has been approved, it will need to be incorporated into a Joomla template. You will need to configure all menu items. You will need to ensure the slideshow is fully functioning You will need to integrate the blog into the website. The blog should be the last component of the website to be ready. So you can deliver the website so that it goes live and then incorporate the blog not long after. The template will need to be installed to our Joomla server which will be hosted on cloudaccess.net. We expect that the installation of the template must be successful on this server and expect you to provide support to us if issues are experienced during the install.
