Redesign of bilingual website

Redesign of existing website, in both French and English. The basics of the site all exist now. We want to put a new "face" on it, add the ability to login and we need to easily be able to add, change or delete new equipment to that section of the site. ## Deliverables The site to be redone is here: [[login to view URL]][1] We will remove the flash intro, and the site will default to the French language. We are looking to basically update the look and feel of the site - pay special attention to the flash elements that we will need to keep or remodel, such as the logo and the "award" flash element. The sections here: <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> have proven to be difficult to maintain. The models listed here all come from Xerox and Hewlett Packard as they are released. We need to find a simple way to be able to keep these local pages up-to-date with new models from both manufacturers, and we are looking for your suggestions on how to accomplish this. The company is a recycling company for laser cartridges. Being "Green" is very important, and a design that is very "nature" is good - see this page at Xerox: <[login to view URL]> and these pages at Hewlett Packard: <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> as examples - lots of white in the background, and green grass, green trees etc. We will require a simple one-page design mockup in order to choose the winning bidder.
