Pixel Perfect Php / Javascript / Interspire Build for Ali

I am looking for a contractor for ongoing web development projects. Core Skills Requried: * Must have excellent Html, CSS, Javascript, Jquery, PHP skills * You must either be familiar with Interspire API or willing to pickup new PHP API (Interspire) and HTML template standards (Big Commerce) * Must have ability to do a pixel perfect build. Important: 1. I am looking for someone honest, i am not interested in more individuals lying about how long jobs take. My expectation is that creating CSS and Html for a standard single web page should take approx 3hrs (Excluding Jquery, Javascript and animation). If you take longer then please do not apply for this role. 2. That the individual is able to deliver a pixel perfect build from supplied psd without needing guidance and tweak requests. Please note - when i say pixel perfect i mean precisely that. Design is very important to me and getting a site close to the design is not good enough. 3. I am looking to work with an individual, not a company. (i wish to have the same coder doing my code on subsequent projects so we can get used to working together) The Brief: - The first job is to build 1 single page of an e-commerce site. This page must be built within the Interspire API. This page will be part of a larger website to be built shortly after. - Site must be compatible with PC- Ie 7,8,9 + FF v3,4 / MAC Safari 4,5 + FF 4,5 - The site must scale to different browser sizes according to [login to view URL] - All nav links and page buttons have on / off states. The top nav has a drop down menu - Content within tabs 'Description, Fabric & Size' will load content without page reload. If user clicks the 'continue reading' button, a scrollbar appears and additional content is displayed within the div. The scrollbar will operate with smooth tactile motion. When user drags scrollbar tab, the contents will move smoothly, then easing in speed, coming to a gradual stop. See "[login to view URL]" - The final page build needs to looks Exactly like the psd.
