Hiring a full-time programmer, sharing/video streaming site, 6MILL. VISITS A MONTH.

We're hiring another programmer to join our project. We're a file sharing site and we convert the uploaded videos and stream them directly from our site if user want to. You should be common with sites such as [login to view URL], old megaupload (or new [login to view URL]), putlocker, 4shared, ... In just half a year we're receiving over 6 MILLION VISITS A MONTH, we're expecting to receive over 10 million by December. Our ideal candidate should be as follows: - Excelent communication skills - team player - solutions oriented, problem solver Mandatory technical skills: * xHTML, CSS * PHP, MySQL * Javascript * Smarty Nice to have: * Basic/ Medium OOP * Design patterns * Memcache * Linux Awareness * SVN / Git * Nginx Setup * Linux basic server management Main Responsibilities: * Support for fixes problems in older code * Participates in planning / implementing new features * Improves work flows and existing implemented solutions - when identifies the need. To be selected, you must: * Have flexible work schedule from your own office * Be available 4-5 hours a day for a start, 5 days a week. Up to 8 hours per day in the near-future. * Be available fast in emergency situations. * Be decision taker/ideas forwarder Thank you.
