Email All Users Script

Overview: We need a script to send email to all recipients (Customers) in a database using a simple form. The number of recipients will be no larger than 200 to 300 people maximum. Purpose: This script will be used to communicate with customers who are registered users of our web page. We already have the following: The database with names and email addresses, a database connect script, and a template page. What we want: The script should send out emails individualy, so as not to appear as spam. It would be best if it used SMTP authentication (We will provide a working email account and password). Emails will be in plain text with no attachments or images. The form will contain two fields: SUBJECT and MESSAGE. When the email is generated it should insert a greeting using the corresponding users real name. ie: Hello "USERNAME" amd then be followed by the message. A standard signature will be attached to the end of the message. This is a simple project - though the description is long. In order to be considered for this project you must respond with the following line: "I can do this for you today". All other bids will be ignored.
