Webmaster/Virtual Assistant - Self motivated

We are looking for someone to work part time for a month as a trial. If we are pleased with your performance this could lead to an ongoing commitment. We are a busy company, focusing on other consulting and development projects so we are looking for someone to work on and essentially manage a number of websites. I expect to be able to give basic instructions and you will figure out the best solution and make it happen. Excuses, missed deadlines and sloppy work will not be accepted and will result in us moving on to another provider. Minimum Requirements: You must speak and write fluent English. You must be available on Skype for minimum 8 hours per day, between 8 AM and 10 PM PST. You must have all needed software already installed, like Adobe CS4 (or similiar), You must have experience in the following: (I am not looking for a developer, I am looking for a creative person with basic, well rounded skills) • Custom CMS/Wordpress/Joomla • Basic skills with PHP/MySQL and CSS (AJAX, DHTML, and XML a plus). • Experience with Javascript, AJAX, Flash, and server-side programming languages • The ability to self-motivate and meet deadlines. • Strong information architecture skills and a dedication to creating usable, scalable websites. • Strong Photoshop skills. • Ability to manage your time efficiently and work independently, but with strong reporting skills. You will be required to track and log all hours/tasks on Project Management system. • Ability either to design independently or to follow design principles laid out by our designer • Ability to do independant research You must be dedicated to work with us and will advise us ASAP if tasks can not be completed for any reason.. We need someone that will manage all the site technical issue, site maintenance, changes, adding new pages, DB etc. We are looking for someone for the long run. It is our aim to expand the team as the company grows, and there is a chance for you to be the leader of that team.
