Jobs Component Installation and Finalizing Joomla Website

We have an almost completed Joomla website 2.5 ready to be launched (English Language only), and we need some finishing work on it. The work will include Job component installation and configuration, Configuration of AcyMailing component, content writing, and some modifications in the CSS/HTML Joomla template. The website is installed on a hidden link waiting to be modified published: [login to view URL] PROJECT DESCRIPTION: 1) Job Component: The job component should be installed and configured as one of the services on the website, it should be also integrated with the other components on the website, we like the look of this website: [login to view URL] , the job list and menus only without the banners and other stuff, it should have all the functionalities of Employers, Jobseekers, posting CVs, job alerts and so on. We own JA Job Board license but we feel it is too much complicated, so we might consider JS Jobs: [login to view URL] we need your advice which one is best, less problems and easy for You and US to deal with, we will provide the component. 2) AcyMailing Configuration The component is already installed on the website, we just need to create a daily and weekly newsletters which will be submitted automatically to the subscribers, we also need a jobs alert for the subscribers, so you have to find out the way or how many lists and templates you will create, the templates should be created in harmony with the website template. The news letter template should also contain some place for Ads materiel which will be sold for advertisers/customers. 3) Content writing: We need an expert to writ two document which will be added to the website, the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use, they should contain/cover all of the websites services and categories, we want them to be accurate so we will have no legal issues with the visitors and customers. We will provide the owners info. 4) CSS/HTML work We have two areas in the template needs to be modified: The first: we need to create/change the top search module position to hold a 500X70px banner, and delete the social position beside it, it should be centered and aligned with the edge of the template, please see the attached picture (# 1). The second it the right footer area, we need it to look and act same as the original template, you have to do the proper modifications to accomplish the results regarding AcyMailing Module and the social icons, we need the change the social icons to include Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube, you have the change the graphics, we will provide the old code and graphics/Icons. Please see the attached picture (# 2) and see the original template here (blue theme): [login to view URL] PLEASE NOTE: • You will be given full access to the website (Super Admin), and you will be working online, you will not be granted access to our server, if you choose to download the website (Aceeba Backup is installed) and install it on your local server to work with, it should be only for testing, the actual work should be on the original website online. • Only experienced freelancers will be considered, only with good reputation. • We will not exceed our budget, so if your offer exceeds our budget, you will not be chosen. • Time is important for us, so try to shorten you offer time. • You are not responsible of our work, you will be responsible of the tasks given for you. • All work will be tested online before releasing the milestone, it should be all functional.
