Exact copy of webpage, based on xml/csv feed

I'm looking for a good, communicative and confident programmer who is able to make an absolute exact copy of a website based on a xml/csv feed and afterwards tweak the page for a different “look and feel??. ## Deliverables Description: I'm looking for a good and communicative programmer who is able to make an absolute exact copy of a website based on a xml/csv feed and afterwards tweak the page for a different “look and feel??. Step 1 (recreate) (7 days) --------------------- Make an absolute exact copy of [login to view URL], The website is using an affiliate program for trial memberships to Dutch magazines and newspapers. The affiliate program provides a feed, that this website also uses. I want my website to have the exact same functionality, content and look as this one. I will check thorough if all functionality is good, looks the same, I will take look at the source code for that. It has to run totally independent of [login to view URL], fully based on the feeds I provided. The program provides a feed in xml, xml att or csv. I added all different feeds in the external file. You can choose which file(s) to us. Please take a look in the added zip file before bidding. The individual pictures of the magazines have to be based on the feed (not harvested from [login to view URL]) (backend) I need the functionality that i can upload a new feed (the base xml/csv feed) in the backend and that the website then updates the total page. I want a report of what changed in the webpage (which records were deleted, which were changed, what was changed and which are new). So that I can adjust my advertising campaigns based on that information. I want the source code clean coded. The website will have to run on an apache server. I prefer you to work in PHP, but that's no obligation, please inform me in advance what language you are going to use. If you get the assignment, i will provide you with full access to the server. So you can add databases etc etc. Step 2 (adjust) (7 days) In step 2 we will tweak the webpage to give it a different look and feel, maybe some titles, metatags, these kind of things. After my feedback after step1 we will have 7 days to do this. I will give feedback on how to change the layout and contents, to give it a different feel and look. I will provide you with logos and clear suggestions in how to change the layout. Some changes there will be in the final urlbuildup, meta tags, categories and texts. First i want you to finish step 1 and based on your work, I will brief you on how to change the webpage. Total time will be 17 days (7 days step 1, 3 days feedback, 7 days step 2) I think the project is quite clear and straight-forward, if you have got questions, please ask in advance to reduce management time as much as possible. though I would like to see regular updates of your work during the process.
