on-line baseball scoring software

Need to re-engineer from the ground up a baseball scoring software which follows each play on the field as it occurs. The scoring software will record each aspect of the play similar to the paper version of scoring currently being used throughout the world. The scoring needs to produce code which will be sent real-time wirelessly or hard wired to a server to activate specific animations within a library to be stitched together and played-out on a mobile or desktop "player." The scoring software was designed by me, but built by coders in India. The company folded, and the original idea of this concept as it related to cricket died with it as well. I would like to have the program re-written, and give the baseball program a chance to thrive in the USA and Asia. I have sreen shots of all aspects as it related to the baseball side of things. It would deliver animated versions of the plays on the field for the mobile audience. This would be used for professional baseball, as well as all ameteur baseball teams (Little League). It is essential, that the coder have a good working knowledge of baseball. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
