I have a paper form that i need converted to flash for users to fill out. The form will need to load as a swf and instead of submitt it will need to save results of the form in the form locally. so they will click a save button and it will ask them where to save locally..
They will be able to open the swf again and edit form filled and save again
an example of a form is attached, this has everytype of input we need except for drop downs
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

The flash form can be an exe that the user runs...The saved file is a exact replica of the form tyhat was filed out, not a txt, xml, or other, it is a flash file that can be edited and then saved again...Please note ..we need a exe not a swf as i said before, The file saved will be opend again in teh exe and then edited and saved again....i am learning as this process goes on..
