Finish my half-done website

I started in on a website and got stalled on it. I'd rather pay someone to finish it up than keep on the back-burner. It's [login to view URL] and I have done some of what I want done for example, putting the calendar here [login to view URL] where you can see the design I want used. My vision for this site is to have a content site about custom auto shows with a calendar of events. First thing will be to take the design template I used for the calendar and make an index page with a bit of introductory text about the site. You will need to plan out the navigation and implement it into the template. I want you to install Smartsearch into the directory at [login to view URL] I've already uploaded it (I do own a license to it). Use the same template on the search, and in the header of the template on the whole site implement the search form where you see it should be. The content section of this site will be driven by a script I also have out to bid here at RAC, but this project maybe will be finished prior to that, but I will not hold your payment if that is the case. I want to have a 'partners' page for link exchanges, I will provide a code from my link-exchange software, you just put it in the template and create the page. You should build a form where visitors to the site can suggest an event for inclusion into the calendar (this maybe already built into the calendar script, but I don't find it). It needs an 'about us' page, and a page telling advertisers how to buy an ad on the site. I will provide direction on the content, but you should be prepared to help with creating copy. Some minor adjustments to the design might be necessary, for example, I like the header, but that image that looks like a construction crane could come out. I have psd files, but not the time to figure out how to remove it. I would like someone for this job who has creativity, and can suggest ways to make this site work best, and maybe an interest in custom cars. Also, I would be interested in bids from someone who would be interested in being a continuing webmaster for this site for a monthly fee, and writing articles and posting to the calendar.
